12-Month CPAP Care Coaching Program
From choosing the right CPAP mask to making pressure adjustments to practical tips to stick with therapy, Sleep Doctor’s 12-Month CPAP Care Coaching Program was created to walk you through every step as you adjust to using a CPAP machine. This program gives you ongoing, physician-guided sleep apnea treatment and access to the Sleep Doctor Clinical Care Team’s expertise.
After taking a home sleep test and receiving a sleep apnea diagnosis, you’ll get five scheduled telehealth appointments — at 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months — with a licensed respiratory therapist who’s there to help throughout your first year of CPAP therapy.
Our Clinical Care Team of respiratory therapists and certified sleep technicians will support you by reviewing your CPAP data, troubleshooting device or mask issues, answering questions, and giving personalized recommendations that can help make therapy more comfortable and effective.
We know that CPAP therapy can take some getting used to, but it gets easier with time — and guidance. Every night you use your device, you’re taking a step toward better health and more restorative sleep. And we’re here to help you on your journey!
NOTE: This program is intended specifically for customers who’ve completed their home sleep test and purchased their PAP equipment through Sleep Doctor.
